Workouts for the week of 8/16

WOD 1 – Tuesday

For time:

* 50 pull ups
* 800 M run
* 50 push ups
* 400 M run
* 50 burpees
* 200 M run

WOD 2 – Wednesday

Modified ‘Diane’

21-15-9

* Deadlift 225 lbs
* Ring Dips

Appropriately scale the weight to be deadlifted.

WOD 3 – Friday

150 wallballs for time.

WOD 4 – Saturday

30 Muscle ups for Time

  1. I seem to have lost the slip of paper on which I wrote our times for WOD #1. Sorry guys! I need to get a little notebook for this…

    Here are the tims for WOD #3, which was 150 wall ball shots for time.

    Deni: 10:45 (100 wall balls)
    Abby: 12:27
    Jay: 10:46
    Micah: 12:02
    Mara: 10:19
    Josh: 6:09
    Andrew: 11:48

    We should definitely do this one again in a month or two to see our improvement!
